What pleasure I get from creating greeting cards, papercrafting projects and sharing my knowledge with others.
It started 6 years ago while I was living in Calgary. Two good friends
and I were looking for a different craft that we could enjoy and share
with each other. I suggested attending a card workshop which I
thoroughly enjoyed. My husband and I then moved to Victoria living near
my two sisters-in-law who are crafters. I now get to share my love of
card making with two very special women in my life. We spend at least
one day a week creating cards and sharing ideas with lots of laughter.
As do most crafts, my collection of material has grown and started to
get a little out of control. My husband is a wood worker and has
created a storage module system that can grow into a crafter's
workstation. With workstation in place, my crafting is pure pleasure.
Everyday I cannot wait to get at this wonderful and fulfilling hobby.
